These rides are on cycle paths but not on flat, there are some steep gradients. but the nice thing is if i ride up i then know i have a ride down.so some recovery times.
I am also aiming to do 20 minutes a day on my trampette, i am doing 10 mins in a morning and 10 mins after being out on my bike after work.
This probably means nothing to most of you that read my blog, but hubby brought me a new toy to record my rides.
if i log it everytime i do a ride i can see how i am progressing.
I also need lessons on how to use and read the new toy......... now the weather is getting milder i will be out on my bike more,and doing longer rides. Iam beginning to understand the cycle computer and i even managed to take it off my bike without breaking it.
