well guess what popped out this morning.........LOOK TO YOUR LEFT!!!!!
This is what caused me so much pain at the beginning of january, had hubby take a picture for posterity. I am back at the hospital weds and they will take it off me to examine,so i probably won't see it again.
I have a stone in my right kidney,not sure how big that one is but i hope it does not decide to venture out...while its not moving i am in no pain( and thats how i like it).
still slack on my training, but back to it from tomorrow....NEED TO STOP BEING A WIMP.
